Product Description
Small electric ground source heat pump well drilling rig
Ground source heat pump boreholes are drilled inside or adjacent to occupied buildings. That rules out diesel engines. This 12KW electric hydraulic rig runs on grid power — zero exhaust, low noise — and reaches 120 meters depth, the standard specification for most residential and light commercial GSHP systems in Northern and Central European climates.
The hydraulic rotary system controls torque and feed force precisely for drilling 90–150mm vertical U-tube boreholes through clay, silt, soft sandstone, and shallow rock layers. The wheeled frame repositions between borehole grid locations within compact building foundation footprints without disassembly. A grouting pump connection port is built in for thermal grout backfill after U-tube installation — a step that most GSHP contractors need and that site-converted rigs often miss. For geothermal projects involving harder basement rock or depths beyond 120m, the [300m Mud Pump + DTH Multi-functional Diesel Hydraulic Drilling Machine] handles deeper and harder conditions.
Single-phase and three-phase power supply compatible. Custom wheel configuration and mast height for specific site access.
