Description of Anchor Shank Bit
The diamond drill bits produced by our company are widely used in domestic and foreign industries such as coal fields, oil
drilling, geological exploration, water conservancy and hydropower, railways and highways, and tunnel construction., etc.
The two wing PDC anchor bit (half standard type) is suitable for rock layers below grade 8. Under the same rock layer conditions, the drilling life is 10-30 times that of ordinary alloy bits, and the efficiency is improved by at least 60%. It does not require grinding, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and saving labor hours.

Diamond composite disc (PDC) is a special superhard material synthesized by synthetic diamond and hard alloy under high temperature conditions. It not only has the advantages of high hardness and wear resistance of diamond, but also has the characteristics of strong impact resistance and large cutting edge of hard alloy. Using it as the blade of the drill bit can greatly improve the work efficiency of the drill bit, making it an ideal drill bit for drilling in hard rock layers and hard rock layers.

Its diamond content is 1.5 times that of a regular drill bit, with excellent wear resistance, significantly improved efficiency, and reduced overall cost. It is suitable for medium hard rock layers below grade 12.
