The 5 inch (127mm) five-wing matrix body PDC drill bit places 1308 series PDC cutters (8mm) across five short-profile blades in a single-row layout with optional cheek cutters. Total face cutters: 20-25. The compact matrix body at 35 HRC handles the higher stress concentration inherent in small-diameter bits. Crown profile: shallow-cone with 15-degree inner cone angle. API pin connection: 2-3/8 REG. Jet nozzles: 3 fixed nozzles, TFA 0.20-0.35 sq.in.
