Core drilling bit performance
The high-strength diamond drill bit blade adopts the latest developed spherical diamond blade, characterized by fast drilling speed and strong impact resistance. When the drill bit is drilling, the lip is used for scraping the normal and uniform formation rock, and the protruding part can suppress the sudden large footage when the drill bit encounters gaps during the drilling process, greatly reducing the accidental damage of the drill bit and improving the drilling level to deal with complex rock formations.

Diamond composite disc (PDC) is a special superhard material synthesized by synthetic diamond and hard alloy under high temperature conditions. It not only has the advantages of high hardness and wear resistance of diamond, but also has the characteristics of strong impact resistance and large cutting edge of hard alloy. Using it as the blade of the drill bit can greatly improve the work efficiency of the drill bit, making it an ideal drill bit for drilling in hard rock layers and hard rock layers.
Body Material
Our PDC bits adopt superior material C45# steel, the bits are widely used in hole drilling of geological drilling and water well drilling. They are also widely using in hole drilling of dam construction and water conservancy.
